Aaron Schunk was drafted by the Rockies in the 2nd round of the 2019 draft out of the University of Georgia.

He was assigned to short-season ball to start his pro career and was fantastic, hitting .306/.370/.503 with 6 HR in 173 at-bats.
Another thing: he had 25 K’s to 14 walks, which is not terrible. This is worth noting since both power and plate discipline were question marks for him. Granted it’s short-season ball, but so far there are no red flags in either of those departments.
