From the Collection: Nolan Arenado, 3b, St. Louis Cardinals
Nolan Arenado has long been one of my favorite National League players, so it was nice to see him have such a fantastic 2022 season. He ended the campaign with 34 HR and a 154 OPS+, which is the highest OPS+ of his career. He was selected to his seventh All-Star team, fifth Silver Slugger, won his 10th Gold Glove and finished 3rd in MVP voting. He is 31, so there is no reason to think he does not have several more MVP-type seasons ahead of him in St. Louis.
