I have been wanting to get a Brandon Nimmo autograph for a little while…finally pulled this trigger on this one for a couple bucks.
Nimmo has been bouncing between the majors and AAA since 2016. This season he looks like he will finally stick with the major league club, and is making a case that he is one of the better players in the National League. He is hitting .276/.395/.557 with 12 HR and a 163 OPS+. He always showed good pop and plate discipline in the minors, so the fact that he is racking in the majors should not be a huge surprise. Despite the Mets being a hot mess of an organization, their outfield of Nimmo and Michael Conforto is at least one thing that should not have to worry about.
